Standard Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from IBTECH CLOUD CONCEPT. This Returns Policy explains when products can be returned and how refunds or exchanges are handled.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, tags, and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged by misuse, incomplete items, opened consumables, customized items, clearance/final-sale items, and products returned without proof of purchase may be refused.

3. Return Process

Contact Support with your order number, reason for return, and photos where applicable. We will review the request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

4. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or another approved method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
